Rent the sauna and pick it up 2. Tow it to your favourite (maybe yet to be discovered) spot 3. Heat it up (45mins to get to 80dC)* 4. Set up your mind / take a walk / mindfully enjoy the surroundings / talk to your friends / do a breathing exercise / take a close look within / take a moment to study the science of chill 5. Step in the sauna – talk / laugh / sing, whatever it takes – relax (it is only you and the ones you chose to join so you can be yourself) 6. Step out – cool down sit and rest 7.
